- the uploading of material design
- all communication and exchange of opinions in connection with fabric designs
- the search and release of designs
- comments, reviews, etc.
1. We expect that all fabric-makers treat each other with respect and fairness. In discussions and assessments a mutual respect should always be the common ground.
2. All fabric makers should respect the copyright at all.

We do not expect more. That should be easy. The few people who ignore these rules - it will unfortunately happen sometime - we will not accept.
I. What are these terms for?

To become a fabric makers on www.Stoff-Schmie.de your registration in advance is required. We limit the required information when registering to a minimum.
The fabric maker committed to completing the information correctly and truthfully. For damages caused by incorrect information in the registry, any fabric-maker himself is liable.
Your name

It is also prohibited by fabric makers, to defame, to threaten or harass any person. You're not allowed to publish pornographic, racist, derogatory, violent or other which violate with German law.
At any time www.Stoff-Schmie.de is entitled to remove all or specific content of the fabric maker. Especially with the mentioned content before, this is done without delay and without prior notice.
Prohibited content must be immediately reported to Friedensrichter@Stoff-Schmie.de.
V. Linking to other sites
www.Stoff-Schmie.de not liable for the content of linked websites and has the right to remove links to websites containing illegal content as defined in the previous section IV.
VI. Use rights and copyright
www.Stoff-Schmie.de is not the copyright owner of the designs and content uploaded or made by fabric makers. www.Stoff-Schmie.de authorized by the fabric maker to show the public content, edit, combine or re-use with other content on www.Stoff-Schmie.de.
Uploading Fabric Designs
By uploading and storing designs on the servers of www.Stoff-Schmie.de the fabric maker generally grants an unconditional right to use them for Becker & Karsten UG (haftungsbeschränkt) especially to print and sell the fabric designs in a commercial way.
Release a design
By default, only the fabric-makers may even print their designs. The fabric-maker may allow third parties through the release of designs to acquire them as printed fabric and to spread them for commercial purposes. With the publication in the Design-Gallery the fabric makers gives third parties the right to use the fabric for their own projects, personally and comercially.
At any time the fabric-maker unrelease their designs. Meanwhile, incoming jobs are however handled by www.Stoff-Schmie.de.
Copyright-Guarantee
The fabric-makers guarantees that he is the owner of all rights to the shared content, and does not violate with any use rights, copyright or other proprietary rights.
This means that Stoff-Schmie.de delivers fabrics which are free of any rights of third parties.
VII. How does the participation in www.Stoff Schmie.de end?
The participation in www.Stoff-Schmie.de can be finished by the fabric-maker at any time by deleting his account. He can inform us by writing (by letter or e-mail for example). We will delete all stored personal data of the fabric maker.
VIII. Liability
The use of www.Stoff-Schmie.de is at your own risk.
www.Stoff-Schmie.de assumes no liability or responsibility for posted content and its accuracy. The respective fabric maker is totally responsable. This includes also costs of appropriate legal advice and defense.
IX. What happens if these terms and conditions are changing?
www.Stoff-Schmie.de has the right to change the terms and conditions for the future. Each fabric-maker is informed about this at the next login.
X. How do we deal with your personal information?
The data of the fabric-makers will not be given to any third parties.
Each fabric-maker agrees to register on www.Stoff Schmie.de that its data are stored for purposes of participation (see detail on our privacy policy below). On termination of participation, this data is deleted. Each fabric-maker can inform us to delete their stored data at any time (by mail: kontakt@stoff-schmie.de or by letter to Becker & Karsten UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sandhauser Strasse 107, 13505 Berlin).
XI. Ineffectiveness of individual provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, then the validity of other provisions will remain.
